Keronis, the Ruins Administrator, noticed some serious damage to the statue of Uruthum. He tried to restore it with the fragments he has, but they are nowhere near enough. Collect any fallen fragments you can find in the area and bring them to him. Worse still, the tools he needs for the restoration are completely worn out, so you also need to gather materials to make new ones.
